No, it does not. Even though its in our name and a majority of the events we support are charity golf outings, your event DOES NOT need to be benefitting a charity or cause to utilize our great line of products. We work with everything from professional golf tournaments and elite club championships, to your local muni's Wednesday night scramble league, and everything in between! Contact us to get started!

- There is no minimum player count needed to use our prizes at your event! - You must, however, have a fully-paid prize package and signed Trips 4 Charity contract in place prior to your event. - You must have two (2) unbiased witnesses per hole using a Trips 4 Charity prize at all times throughout your event. If no witnesses can be provided, we will require your golfers to record their attempts, providing you with explicit recording instructions for them to follow. (If your witnesses do observe a hole-in-one, they will both be required to will out our Witness Verification Form). - The hole being used must be no shorter than 100 yards in length. - Golfers are only allowed one (1) attempt each to win our prize. Mulligans and using another golfer's attempt as your own is not allowed.

Yes, any hole using a Trips 4 Charity prize must have two (2) witnesses present at all times throughout your event (if no witnesses can be provided, we will require your golfers to record their attempts, providing you with explicit recording instructions for them to follow). Both witnesses must be near the green to clearly see if a ball goes into the cup. Witnesses must also be positioned so they have line of sight with the tee box to verify where golfers are hitting from. If a hole-in-one occurs and is verified by the witnesses, both witnesses must fill out and sign the provided Hole Witness Verification Form. Hosting Entity of the event must then provide Charity Golf International with these signed forms, along with the Winning Golfer’s contact information via email: Trips4Charity@charitygolfintl.com

Unfortunately, holes shorter than 100 yards cannot be insured for any Trips 4 Charity prizes.

Golfers are allowed one (1) attempt each to win a Trips 4 Charity prize. Mulligans and using another player’s attempt as your own are not permitted.

The standard prices listed on our webpage and marketing content assume holes being used are 150 yards and longer from the Men’s tees (135 yards or longer from Women’s/Senior’s tees). If the hole(s) you will be using a Trips 4 Charity prize on is shorter than 150 yards (135 yards for Women and Seniors), a 2% fee will be added for every yard shorter than 150 yards. For example, a 143 yard hole (from Men’s tees) would be charged a 14% fee (7 yards X 2% fee per yard = 14% fee).

Trips 4 Charity Hole-in-One Insurance standard coverage allows a single winner per prize. You can, however, insure multiple winners by paying a 35% fee of the full price of your hole insurance coverage.

Someone just made a hole-in-one, it's time to celebrate their accomplishment! After you've provided us with the two signed witness verification forms and the winning golfer's contact information, your responsibilities are complete and we'll take over from there in getting your golfer on their way to enjoying one incredible trip!

Unfortunately, no. All Trips 4 Charity prize packages must be purchased with contracts in place prior to your golf event.

Yes. We require all attempts to be witnessed or recorded. Without two (2) witnesses per hole using a Trips 4 Charity prize package, we will require your golfers to record their attempts, providing you with explicit recording instructions for them to follow. Please note, if recording instructions are not followed as outline, the attempt will be considered invalid.

Although most of our customers utilize our prizes on Par 3's, we are open to working with you and building any custom package that you have in mind regarding Par 4's and Par 5's you'd like to use a Trips 4 Charity prize on. We also work with with events that change every hole on the course into a Par 3. If your event has unique needs like this, don't worry, we're happy to find a solution with you.
